Some personal news: I’m delighted to join the select group of APSCO’s Advisors, offering my experience as a founder and entrepreneur to CEOs and MDs in whose shoes I’ve walked for more than 20 years.

Whether it’s building a culture, creating high-performing teams, developing a brand, or planning a sale and exit, I hope I can share my knowledge and experience. Or simply be an independent sounding board offering an insider’s insights. All in a consultancy capacity, through APSCO's AdvisorLink system.
I leaned on this same service myself when building up my own successful business so am delighted I can share what I learned with others.
For those who know me, you’ll know I’ve admired and supported APSCo for many years. It’s the premier voice for the recruitment sector, worldwide, and I was fortunate enough to sit on the Executive Committee alongside Ann Swain and others for many years.
Now I’m excited to be involved again and look forward to helping our great recruitment businesses in the UK get even better!
