I’m proud and delighted to be a judge in this year’s APSCO Awards for Excellence. 🏆🥇

The awards are like the BAFTAs or Oscars of the UK recruitment sector and it’s a real privilege to join the judging panel, helmed by our chairman John Rose, and supported by the APSCo team as ever.

I know finding the time to prepare an award entry can feel too hard, especially in such a competitive market and economic climate.

But getting shortlisted or winning can be a game changer - boosting your reputation and profile, and potentially your business pipeline - as people recognise you as one of the best in the business. 📈👭

And just as importantly your staff and partners know they’re part of a great team doing great work.
